Delivery terms
When purchasing products from Lino LLC, customers can either pick up items themselves or use our delivery service.
Batumi
Orders placed before 3:00 PM are delivered the same day by 7:00 PM.
Tbilisi & regions
Before 1:00 PM — 2–3 days, after 1:00 PM — 3–4 days.
Free delivery
Within Batumi, for orders of at least 50 GEL.
Batumi (local delivery)
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be delivered the same day by 7:00 PM.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered by 3:00 PM the next day.
- Free delivery applies to orders with a minimum value of 50 GEL.
Tbilisi & regions (regional delivery)
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be delivered within 2–3 business days.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be delivered within 3–4 business days.
- Regional delivery fees depend on the weight and size of the order and are determined individually.
Obligations and customer rights
Lino LLC is obliged to deliver products without delay, unless otherwise specified in the contract and agreed upon with the customer.
If the product is not delivered within the specified timeframe, the customer may set an additional deadline. After this period, if the obligation is still not fulfilled, the customer has the right to cancel the contract and claim compensation in accordance with Georgian civil law.
Setting an additional deadline is not required if it is obvious that it would not have any effect. If the product is unavailable, Lino LLC must inform the customer immediately.
Regional delivery fees depend on weight and location. Customers may notify Lino LLC of any issues during transport, and the company reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the resolution of the problem.
