🚚 Delivery Terms – Lino LLC
When purchasing products from Lino LLC, customers can either pick up items themselves or use our delivery service.
Our goal is to ensure that your products are delivered quickly, safely, and in perfect condition.
📍 Batumi (Local Delivery)

Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be delivered the same day by 7:00 PM.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered by 3:00 PM the next day.

Free delivery applies to orders with a minimum value of 50 GEL.
🌐 Tbilisi & Regions (Regional Delivery)

Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be delivered within 2–3 business days.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be delivered within 3–4 business days.

Regional delivery fees depend on weight and size of the order and are determined individually.
📦 Customer Rights

Lino LLC is obliged to deliver products without delay, unless otherwise specified in the contract and agreed upon with the customer.

If the product is not delivered within the specified timeframe, the customer may set an additional deadline. After this period, if the obligation is still not fulfilled, the customer has the right to cancel the contract and claim compensation in accordance with Georgian civil law.

Setting an additional deadline is not required if it is obvious that it would not have any effect.
⚠️ Non-Delivery or Damaged Goods

If the product is unavailable, Lino LLC must inform the customer immediately.

Customers have the right to refuse delivery if the goods arrive in damaged packaging and must notify Lino LLC without delay.

Lino LLC is responsible for any damages incurred during delivery.
💳 Delivery Costs

Free delivery in Batumi applies to orders over 50 GEL.

Regional delivery fees depend on weight and location.

Customers may notify Lino LLC of any issues during transport, and the company reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the resolution of the problem.
