1General

The lino.ge online store is operated by Lino LLC (ID code 445782635), 94 Lermontov St, Batumi. These terms govern the relationship between Lino LLC and users of the site. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2Your account

Some features (order history, wishlist) require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping your password confidential. If you notice unauthorised use of your account, let us know right away.

3Products and prices

• Prices are shown in Georgian lari (GEL) and may change without prior notice. The price that applies is the one shown at the time of your order.
• We try to keep product descriptions and specifications accurate, but small differences from the manufacturer's data are possible. Photos are for illustration.
• Stock shown on the site can change. If an ordered item turns out to be unavailable or its price was shown by mistake, we will contact you to offer an alternative or cancel the order and refund the full amount paid.

4Orders

After you place an order, you receive an order number. We will contact you to confirm it if needed. We may decline or cancel an order if the details are incomplete or incorrect, or if the item is unavailable — in that case any amount paid is refunded.

5Payment

You can pay by card (online or in store), by bank transfer, in cash at our store, or with bank installments. For online orders, payment is made in full when the order is placed. Details are on the Payment Terms and Installments pages.

6Delivery

Delivery times, areas and costs are described on the Delivery Terms page. When receiving your order, please check the package and the product in front of the courier.

7Returns and warranty

Products bought online can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving a reason. Defective products are repaired, replaced or refunded in accordance with Georgian consumer protection law. Full conditions are on the Returns and Exchanges page.

8Intellectual property

All content on the site — texts, design, logos and images — belongs to Lino LLC or its partners and may not be copied or used without permission. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

9Limitation of liability

Lino LLC is not liable for indirect damage caused by temporary unavailability of the site, technical errors or actions of third parties, to the extent permitted by law. This does not limit your rights as a consumer under Georgian law.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when published on this page. Orders placed earlier are governed by the terms that applied at the time of the order.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. We try to resolve any disagreement through dialogue; if that fails, disputes are settled by the courts of Georgia.
